I'M DYLAN CLAY

I've grilled, smoked, and dehydrated meat for roughly 17 years. Over that time I've also worked with nearly every cut of meat.

My overarching goal for this site is to share information with people who need it. While a lot of websites about Barbecue exist, they tend to be lacking or even "sparing" with the information.

Not everyone has a hands on guide to teach them BBQ. It's my hope that Barbecue FAQ can be that resource.

Where I'm from in New Hampshire I don't have access to a local butcher or even certain cuts of meat at my Grocery Store.

As a result I've had to resort to buying a lot of my Beef online.
