I’ve lived in New Hampshire my entire life, and while I wouldn’t change a thing, I do have one gripe: the barbecue scene is non-existent.
I also grew up in the late ’90s, a time when the Internet was just starting.
Meaning, my only “online” access to learning about BBQ was through an AOL Dial-up modem via barbecue forums.
Everything I know is from personal experience or wisdom imparted on me by my Father. I’m always learning though and my recipes and articles are regularly updated.
