Take your head of cauliflower and remove the green stem and cut into 1-2" thick steaks. *From a single head of cauliflower I can get roughly 2-3 good sized steaks.
Warm 2 cups of barbecue sauce over low heat. For this recipe I used my Mustard BBQ Sauce recipe. If you don't want to make my sauce, use your favorite mustard-based sauce.
Once warmed, take your steaks and toss them in the sauce.
Get your grill to around 400F.
Once at 400F, place your sauced cauliflower steaks on the grill.
Allow the steaks to grill, flipping every 10 minutes or so until you're happy with the exterior. You want there to be a noticeable char on the exterior. I grilled my steaks for 45 minutes.
After grilling, allow to cool for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
